Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Mariah Young, trading as Art by Momo, a muralist and painter based in Palm Springs, CA. You can reach us any time at Art.by.momo8@gmail.com.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking software on this site. We set no cookies of our own, and nothing about your visit is stored in your browser.

The only thing this site sends anywhere is the quote request form, and only when you fill it in and press send. There is nothing else: no background collection, no profile built from your visit.

If you send a quote request, we receive what you typed into it: your name and email, and optionally your phone number, project location, budget, timeline, description and any reference links. It is delivered to us as an email and is not stored in a database. Our email provider, Resend, handles that delivery on our behalf.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include. Either way we use it only to reply to you and to discuss the work you are asking about. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except where the law requires.

That correspondence stays in our email account for as long as it is useful for the project. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Resend. Quote requests are delivered to us by Resend, an email service. What you put in the form passes through them on its way to our inbox. See Resend’s privacy policy.

Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google’s font service. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of the request. See Google’s privacy policy.

Hosting. Like most websites, the service that hosts this site may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build any profile of you.

Social links. The Instagram and Facebook links in the footer take you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply, not ours.

This site is aimed at people commissioning artwork: schools, businesses, organizations and collectors. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Because we hold nothing beyond emails you have chosen to send, the simplest way to exercise any privacy right, whether that is seeing what we hold, correcting it, or having it deleted, is to email us at Art.by.momo8@gmail.com. California residents have these rights under state law, and we will honor a request from anyone, wherever you live.

If the site changes in a way that affects your privacy, for example if we start storing quote requests rather than only emailing them, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
